Custom kits are non-returnable.
Please contact us (support@sonostarhub.com) with your order number if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if you have received a defective item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item is damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped it will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee.
Once we receive the item(s) we will process your return. If approved you will receive a refund minus the shipping amount.
