Processing and Handling Times

We usually ship out all hub kits within 1 business day. However, for full kits and other custom dome kits please allow 3-5 days processing and handling. We custom cut each piece of PVC for each full kit.

Shipping Periods (M-F)

We only ship out M-F, and do not ship on weekends and select holidays.

Shipping Methods Offered

We offer both standard and expedited shipping methods. Please note that even if you choose overnight shipping on a Friday, your order will not ship out until the next business day. (Does not apply to full or custom kits)

Cutoff Times

Any orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, will not be fulfilled until the next day.

International Shipping

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Sonostar has no control over these charges, nor can Sonostar predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We know you will be happy with your dome kit, but for any reason, you have any problems, please contact us HERE

Shipping to PO Boxes

Unfortunately we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Saturday Delivery

If you are using any expedited shipping methods please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery so any orders placed on Friday will not go out until the following Monday.

Tracking Number(Wait for updates)

As soon as your order ships you will receive a tracking number. Please note it will take some time for you to see any updates, so do not worry if you don't see any updates right away.

Shipping Memos (Special Instructions)

 If you leave us any kind of a shipping memo ("leave by the back door", "place under matt" etc) we will try our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee the shipper will follow the memo.
